Bank of America, as trustee for a family trust, retained WCG to resolve a difficult dispute with a long term ground lease of a premier Westheimer/Galleria tract, which provided the primary income for the trust’s beneficiaries.
WCG far exceeded the bank’s expectations in regaining control of the site so that the current tenant rent, as well as future appreciation, inured to their benefit, while also extracting a substantial monetary settlement from a prior lessee in the chain of title.
