WCG has represented several schools on real estate matters, including sale of existing facilities, acquisition/development of new facilities, acquisition/development of off-site sports venues and financing. St. Catherine’s Montessori School is the first LEED certified building in Houston.
WCG advised St. Catherine’s on sale of its existing facilty, acquisition of its new facility in na education/sports complex established by an independent non-profit, construction and financing of the new facility and the acquisition of land for sports facilities and future expansion.
