Either:
(i) proceed east on IH-10 West taking Smith exit to downtown; Left on Preston (at Lyric Centre), cross Main to Fannin (1 block past Main); Right on Fannin and proceed south approximately 1 mile passing under Pierce elevated freeway, 4 blocks past Pierce elevated, turn right on Bremond (1 block before McGowen); park on Bremond and enter building off Bremond, or

Proceed south on IH-45 North through downtown toward IH-45 South; Take Pierce exit; proceed on Bagby a short distance to Webster; Take a left on Webster and proceed 8 blocks passing Main Street to Fannin (1 block past Main); Right on Fannin, 3 blocks to Bremond (1 block before McGowen); Right on Bremond, park on Bremond and enter building off Bremond.
From IH-45 South:
Proceed north on IH-45 South to downtown; Take Pease exit; Left on Fannin (1 block before Main); proceed 8 blocks south on Fannin, passing under Pierce elevated freeway to Bremond (1 block before McGowen); Right on Bremond, park on Bremond and enter building off Bremond.
From Westheimer:
Proceed east on Westheimer to Main (Westheimer becomes Elgin); Take a left on Main and proceed north 7 blocks, crossing McGowen to Bremond (1 block north of McGowen); Right on Bremond, park on Bremond and enter building off Bremond.
