In 1985, Reese, Meyer & Cribbs, P.C. was formed by Reid Wilson, Ferd Cribbs, Abe Goren and others to assume the practice of Covington & Reese, P.C. In 1994, the Firm became Wilson, Cribbs & Goren, P.C.
